Automatic Defoaming Machine XCP52-Q1 is suitable for bubble removal processes generated by various liquid crystal screens (LCD PANEL), touch screens (touch PANEL), electronic ink (EPD PANEL) and other products after the plane bonding process.
Introductions
- Set parameters (temperature, pressure, defoaming time) and so on the operation interface.
- Automatically open the cavity flange door, pull out the tray and put it neatly into the product.
- Enter the automatic mode, automatically close the flange door, automatically heat up, and automatically pressurize to achieve the set parameters and complete the defoaming.
- Automatic pressure relief, automatic door opening and waiting for the product to be taken out, and the next round of defoaming is carried out.
