Screen Laminating Machine XCL97-A1 is suitable for soft-to-soft , soft-to-hard lamination of various hard and soft flat products; such as LCD panel, sensor glass, cover lens, OCA, polarizer lamination; it can also be used for OCA and OCA, touch screen lamination.

 

Introductions

 

  • Place the soft film on the screen cavity, turn on the vacuum, and adsorb it firmly.
  • Place the Glass on the flip plate, turn on the vacuum, and adsorb it firmly.
  • Use CCD to assist in alignment, and then adjust the alignment manually.
  • After the alignment is completed, press the start button, the flip plate flips in place and locks.
  • The laminating roller rises, moves for lamination, and resets after completion.
