Polarizer Laminating Machines XCP65-T6 is suitable for the plane bonding process of various LCDs and polarizers and other soft-to-hard products. It is widely used in the production and maintenance of large-size LCD screens, touch screens, and various large-size glass coatings, and is suitable for rolls and sheets as well.

Introductions

• Turn on the power , click “OK” on the touch screen, and then click “Auto”;
• Align the glass and polarizer, and place them on the device platform for attachment;
• Click the “Vacuum” button on the operation panel to fix the glass;
• Press the “Start” switch to move the rubber roller to the film attachment position;
• Adjust the position of the left and right limit rings of the polarizer;
• Clean the glass， Tear off the polarizer protective film and stick it on the film collection roller;
• Press the “Start”switch;
• After the film is attached, press the “Return” switch to return to the origin.
