Polarizer Laminating Machines XCP65-T3 is suitable for the plane bonding process of various LCDs and polarizers and other soft-to-hard products. It is widely used in the production and maintenance of large-size LCD screens, touch screens, and various large-size glass coatings, and is suitable for rolls and sheets as well.

Introductions

• Turn on the power and place the glass and polarizer on the machine platform;
• Tear off the protective film on the polarizer by about 5CM;
• Use tape to fix the polarizer position and glass;
• Place the aligned glass and polarizer on the machine attachment position and press the vacuum to firmly absorb the product;
• Tear off the protective film under the polarizer and stick it on the machine roll roller;
• Clean the glass;
• Press the start button to apply the film.
