COF and PCB Cleaning Machines XCQ93-B3 is suitable for FPC, COF, TAB, PCB cleaning processes in various LCD screens (LCD PANEL) touch screens (touch PANEL) electronic ink display screens (EPD PANEL) after removal and repair process.
Widely used in the maintenance process of medium and large-size LCD screens (LCD PANEL); touch screens (touch PANEL); electronic ink display screens (EPD PANEL).
Introductions
- The loading and unloading machine (optional) transfers the fixture with the COF installed to the center position of the equipment (loading and unloading position) and fixes it with a pressing mechanism;
- Press the start button, move the left platform along the X-axis direction to the point liquid area, and the Z-axis of the 1# dispensing head is lowered, and perform the first liquid coating;
- The first liquid coating is completed; the left platform waits for about 10 seconds in its original position (the time can be set) and then moves to (the left cleaning position), the scraping mechanism drops, and the left platform moves along the Y-axis direction to scrape (the number of scraping times, the speed can be set independently)
- When the left platform is in the left cleaning position; the right platform moves to the center position of the equipment (loading and unloading position); the right platform reciprocates the above actions.
- The left platform is scraped in the Y-axis direction; the left platform continues to move to the point liquid area along the X-axis direction, and the Z-axis direction of the 2# dispensing head is lowered, and the second liquid coating is performed;
- The second liquid coating is completed; the left platform waits for about 10 seconds in its original position (the time can be set) and then moves to (the left cleaning position), the scraping mechanism drops, and the left platform moves along the Y-axis direction to scrape (the number of scraping times, the speed can be set independently)
- For the above actions, the left platform or the right platform can set the number of repetitions according to the process requirements; the left and right platforms work alternately along the X-axis.
- The scraping process is completed, and the left and right platforms return to the center position of the equipment (loading and unloading position), and the loading and unloading machine (optional) replaces the material.

Features
- The human-computer interface conveniently sets and displays various parameters; such as liquid pointing time, speed, removal speed, etc.
- Multiple sets of liquid dot mechanisms are adapted to the choice of liquids in different processes applicable to diversified COF and PCB.
- The cleaning platform is controlled by high-precision servo movement and is accurately wiped; and provides sufficient upgrade space for the automatic loading and unloading mechanism.
- The cleaning head customized with special materials and dust-free cloth is used to wipe the work, so the damage rate of the product is reduced and it is cleaner during the wiping process.
