Applications

Vacuum Laminating Machine XCV72-B5 is suitable for the hard-to-hard bonding process of various hard flat products and hard flat products; such as the combination bonding of LCD screens and touch function glass and tempered glass.

Introductions

• Place the product LCM or SENSOR in the fixture, turn on the vacuum, and firmly adsorb it;
• Place the TP or GLASS in the fixture to position it;
• Press the left start button, the 1# carrier moves to the bottom of the cavity, the vacuum cavity is pressed down to evacuate, and after the vacuum value is reached, the pressure head presses down to fit.
• The 2# carrier performs the above steps 1-2.
• The 1# carrier is bonded, the pressure is released, and the vacuum cavity rises.
• Press the right start button, the 2# carrier moves to the bottom of the cavity, the vacuum cavity is pressed down to evacuate, the 1# carrier reaches the unloading position, and the material is unloaded manually.
• The bonding is completed, the pressure is released, the vacuum cavity rises, the 2# carrier is reset, the material is unloaded manually, and repeat above actions.
