Vacuum Laminating Machine XCV70-A1 is suitable for the hard-to-hard lamination process of various hard flat products and hard flat products; such as the combination of LCD panel and touch function glass and tempered glass. It is widely used in various LCD screens, touch screens, and lamination production processes.

Introductions

• Place the lower product in the fixture, turn on the vacuum, and firmly adsorb it;
• Place the upper product with OCA attached or water-based glue applied in the fixture for positioning;
• Press the start button, and the platform moves to the bottom of the cavity;
• The vacuum cavity is pressed down, and the vacuum is drawn. After the vacuum value is reached, the pressure head is pressed down;
• After the bonding is completed, the vacuum cavity and the pressure head rise, the stage is reset. repeat above actions.
