LCD Heat Solidifying Oven XCQ93-H5 is suitable for heating processes of various products: the equipment is equipped with heating furnace, temperature control system, FFU and electronic control system.

Widely used in: various water glue curing, product heating, and production processes.

Introductions

• Manually place the products that need to be heated layer by layer into the heating furnace;
• Close the door and press the heating button;
• The timing starts after the heating temperature reaches, and the roar alarms after the time reaches, and the product heating is OK;
• Open the door and remove the product manually;
• Repeat the above work.

• The human-computer interface can communicate with the temperature controller and directly modify the temperature and heating time.
• The temperature display can be convenient to observe the temperature of each layer, and the temperature of each layer can be adjusted separately.
• Operation button, this button is a light heating button, and the product heating is completed. The button light will be turned off to facilitate knowing which layer of product is completed for heating.
• The curing layer uses separate doors and transparent doors for each layer, which are convenient for picking and viewing. Each layer has a separate tray to remove.
