What To Do If Bubbles Reappear After Vacuum Lamination?

.Inspect the quality of OCA (Optically Clear Adhesive) for residues or instability. Since temperature affects post-lamination results, selecting appropriate OCA is crucial.

.The temperature during bubble removal is generally recommended not to exceed 35°C. High temperatures increase gas solubility in OCA, and as solubility decreases under normal ambient conditions, bubbles are prone to reappear.

.The bubble removal duration should not be excessively long. Prolonged de-bubbling may lead to excessive pressure, which can cause operational errors such as trapped bubbles during the process or result in bubble recurrence after exposure to natural environments.

.Manual pressing on the screen may create subtle, non-removable micro-bubbles before lamination. Even with de-bubbling equipment, such bubbles may reappear.

.Excessive wiring integrated at the edges of the product's back cover can cause uneven thickness distribution and a high aspect ratio, leading to bubble formation after lamination. It is recommended to use OCA with greater thickness and bubble-resistant elasticity.
