Applications
ACF Laminating (Auto In-line) Machine LFA19-Y1 is suitable for attaching ACF tape to LCD, PCB and other product substrates. During the production process, the machine can meet the cutting, peeling, attaching, testing and other functions of single-layer or multi-layer ACF tapes, and can meet the x-y bidirectional multi-station attachment of different types of ACF tapes and different glasses.
Application areas: Automatic ACF process section in the fully automatic COG, FOG, and FOB bonding process of medium and large-sized LCD panels, touch panels, and electronic ink -EPD PANEL, effectively ensuring the attachment accuracy of the product.
Introductions
- 1# handling robot (XYθZ) grabs the panel from the feeding platform to the top of the calibration CCD.
- After the CCD takes a picture of the product, 1# robot X-Y-θ automatically positions the product.
- 1# handling robot (XYθZ) places the calibrated panel on the ACF attachment platform (XYθZ) for vacuum adsorption.
- ACF material feeding-cutting-pressing head pressing-time up-pressing head rising-automatic peeling-CCD inspection-reciprocating cycle work.
- If the product needs to be attached on both sides, the Y axis of the ACF platform retreats to the safe position, and the θ axis rotates; repeat the above process.
- For products that are attached OK, 2# robot carries and unloads the material.
