Multi-Station ACF Attaching (Pre-Stick) Machine XCF77-A5 is suitable for ACF bonding of various LCD panels, touch function glass, PCB, PCBA, FPC, COF in COG, FOG, FOB and other processes.
Introductions
- Start the machine and adjust the corresponding parameters.
- After the relevant parameters are set, place the product to be attached on the mobile platform.
- Start the vacuum and the product is firmly adsorbed.
- Press the double start button, the platform moves to the bottom of the attachment blade, and the pressure head presses down to attach.
- After the attachment is completed, the pressure head rises and the pull rod peels off.
- After the platform returns to the standby position, the action of the receiving wheel and the cutting knife group is completed; at the same time, the X platform moves to the left (repeat steps 4, 5, and 6).
- After the attachment is completed, the platform returns to the standby position, the vacuum is turned off, and the above actions are repeated.
