Auto Alignment Dispensing Machine XCD77-A8 is suitable for various high-viscosity UV liquid glue dispensing processes. It is widely used in various LCD Panel and Touch Panel dispensing production processes.
Introductions
- Manually place the cleaned Glass on the automatic alignment platform and press the vacuum button;
- The automatic alignment platform moves to the photo taking position. After the photo taking is completed, the platform automatically calibrates;
- The automatic alignment platform moves to the height measuring position, and the laser position moving sensor measures the height of the Glass;
- The automatic alignment platform moves to the dispensing starting position, the Z axis descends (according to the product height difference measured by the laser position moving sensor, the Z axis descends automatically), and the dispensing valve opens;
- The automatic alignment platform moves according to the set graphics. After the dispensing is completed, the dispensing valve is closed and the Z axis rises;
- The automatic alignment platform returns to the standby position, the platform vacuum solenoid valve is closed, and the material is manually unloaded. Repeat the above actions.
