LOCA Dispensing Machines XCD70-A5 is used for various viscosity UV dispensing processes. Widely used in various LCD panel, touch panel, and dispensing production processes.
Introductions
- Manually place the Glass on the work platform and press the vacuum button;
- The work platform is moved to the dispensing starting position, the Z axis moves down, and the dispensing valve opens;
- The work platform and the dispensing axis move according to the set pattern, the dispensing is completed, the Z axis rises, and the dispensing valve closes;
- The work platform returns to the standby position, the platform vacuum solenoid valve is closed, the material is manually unloaded, and the above actions are repeated for the next piece.
