Testing and Dispensing Machine XCC73-A3 is suitable for various: LCD PANEL, touch PANEL, electronic ink, COG, FOG, OLB, FOB, PWB bonding to complete power-on test and dispensing.

Widely used in large-size LCD screen, touch screen and electronic ink dispensing test and production bonding dispensing test and other fields.

Introductions

• Power on, ventilate, and reset.
• Position the open cell on the backlight platform and test the power on.
• After the test is completed, press the dispensing start button, and the dispensing head dispenses glue according to the dispensing pattern.
• After dispensing is completed, the dispensing head returns to the standby position and removes the Cell. Repeat steps 2 to 4.
