Liquid OCA Laminating Machine XCT97-C8 is suitable for the hard-to-hard lamination process of various hard flat products; such as the combination of sensor glass, LCD panel and cover lens.

Introductions

Automatic alignment (hard to hard) bonding

• Manually place the upper product in the feed shaft fixture, and after positioning is OK, support it with the support column below.
• The feed shaft sends the upper product to the bottom of the pressure head.
• The pressure head descends to suck the upper product, and the feed shaft retracts at the same time.
• The pressure head moves the upper product to the CCD camera position, and the CCD grabs the mark point and rises to the standby position.
• Manually place the lower product on the 2# carrier and press the vacuum button to firmly adsorb it.
• Move the lower product to the glue dispensing point for glue, and the glue dispensing is completed.
• Move the lower product to the photo position for taking pictures, the photo is OK, and the automatic correction is OK.
• The upper product is in place, the bonding is OK, the UV lamp is turned on for curing, and reset.

Manual alignment (hard to hard) bonding

• The product is placed on the 3# platform after it is OK, and the dispensing axis is glued at the point.
• The stage moves to the CCD camera position, and the CCD displays the product image in real time.
• Manually adjust the X-Y-θ alignment accurately.
• Press the start button, and the pressure head reaches the bonding position for bonding.
• Bonding is OK, and the material is manually unloaded.
• Repeat the above actions.
