Introductions

 

  • Power on and reset, put the cleaned ITO SENSOR into the lower layer of the fixture.
  • Put the cleaned cover glass into the upper layer of the fixture.
  • After confirming that the product is placed, press the vacuum adsorption button.
  • The dispensing group starts and arrives at the set station for dispensing.
  • After the dispensing is completed, the dispensing group exits and arrives at the second station.
  • When the dispensing group arrives at the second station, the platform of the first station that has completed the dispensing is flipped, and the locking cylinder is locked.
  • After the lower platform cylinder rises to the position, the Z-axis motor rises for bonding.
  • After bonding is completed, it returns to the standby position.
  • Repeat the above actions 2 to 9 for the second and third stations.
