Liquid Glue Full Laminating Machine LTB86-Y1 is suitable for the hard-to-hard, liquid glue dispensing, automatic alignment, and pre-curing full bonding processes of various hard flat products of 86 inches and below; such as: water-based full bonding of touch-functional glass, tempered glass and LCD screens, electronic display screens; and water-based bonding of tempered glass and touch-functional glass.

Introductions

• The LCD screen is transferred to the lower platform through the jig conveyor mechanism and is firmly adsorbed by vacuum; the touch screen is loaded onto the upper platform through the robot and firmly adsorbed.
• The LCD screen is visually aligned, measured in height, and glued on the lower platform.
• The touch screen is visually positioned, measured in height, and glued on the upper platform and then flipped 180° downward.
• The automatic alignment system automatically adjusts the alignment of the LCD screen and the touch screen.
• The lower platform is transferred along the Y axis to the bottom of the touch screen, the Z axis of the lower platform rises to the bonding position, and the oblique bonding mechanism bonds the product along the inclined surface.
• After bonding is completed, the upper platform breaks the vacuum, the lower platform returns to the standby position, the upper platform flips and resets, and the above work is repeated.
