Lamination Methods Are Generally Divided Into Two Main Categories

2026-03-05

Lamination methods are generally divided into two main categories:

1. Hot Lamination: This method uses solid adhesive to bond the upper and lower layers of material together using a TIPTOP laminator. Due to the relatively high melting point of the solid adhesive, it needs to be melted into a liquid before the two layers can be bonded together.

2. Liquid Gule Lamination: This method uses liquid glue to bond the upper and lower layers of material together using a TIPTOP laminator. Because liquid glue has a relatively low melting point, heating is not required for lamination. The bonding is achieved through the rotating or flat pressing mechanism of the TIPTOP laminator.
