Things to know when using the TIPTOP laminator:

Before starting the machine each day, use compressed air to remove dust, threads, and other debris, ensuring the machine is clean and free of foreign objects.

After starting the machine, first set the temperature to 50~60°C (do not exceed 80°C). Ensure the upper and lower parts are completely separated before adjusting the conveyor belt operation. Adjust the required temperature, speed, and pressure according to the specific job requirements.

Do not place any objects on the worktable or outer covers to prevent them from accidentally falling into the conveyor belt and damaging the machine. Ensure the machine is installed level, connected to a ground wire, and connected to a dedicated leakage protection switch before use.

Lubricate all transmission parts and bearings daily to ensure smooth machine operation. If the machine is moved from its original position, be sure to re-level it after reinstallation to prevent uneven pressure or conveyor belt deviation, which can lead to operational issues.

Do not stop the machine suddenly during high-temperature operation. In case of an emergency, use the manual device to rotate the conveyor belt slowly to prevent damage from high heat. When laminating, whenever possible, ensure the upper piece is smaller than the lower piece. The width of the lower piece must not exceed the machine's working width, otherwise, it may affect lamination quality, cause belt deviation, or lead to machine stoppage.

Before preparing to stop the machine after normal use, release all pressure to a zero-pressure state, turn off the heating system, maintain the conveyor belt, and then set the delay cooling or auto-stop function.

Clean the conveyor belt regularly and at scheduled intervals using the manufacturer's recommended Special conveyor belt cleaner.
