Introductions

• Place the LCD screen, touch function glass or tempered glass on the flip platform.
• Place the polarizer/oca/film on the roller laminating unit and press the vacuum button to suck.
• Remove the protective film manually and press the double start button. The platform will automatically take pictures and align.
• After the alignment is completed, the glass platform flips into place and is locked by the latch and then moves to the bottom of the flip table.
• The vacuum plate opens, the Z axis rises, and the laminating rubber roller rises.
• The polarizer/oca/film laminating unit moves right for laminating.
• After the laminating is completed, the platform returns to the standby position.

• The flipping platform has multiple vacuum areas suitable for products of different sizes. At the same time, the cylinder drives the platform with a self-locking function.
