Auto Alignment Screen Printing Machine XCL97-A8 is suitable for soft-to-soft and soft-to-hard bonding of various hard and soft flat products; such as bonding of LCD screens, touch-functional glass, tempered glass and optical adhesive polarizers; it can also be used for bonding of optical adhesive and optical adhesive touch screens.

Introductions

• Place the product under Film on the screen cavity, press the fan button, and firmly adsorb it (manually tear off the protective film).
• Place the "Film" & "Glass" product on the flip plate, press the vacuum button, and firmly adsorb it (manually tear off the protective film).
• Press the double start button for automatic alignment. After the alignment is OK, the platform flip plate flips 180 degrees into place; the latch locking mechanism locks the flip plate.
• The mesh box unit moves to the fitting position, and the screen cavity rises to its position as a whole.
• The laminating roller rises, moves, and performs lamination. After completion, the mesh box unit is reset, and the product is manually removed from the platform.

• The HMI allows for convenient setting and display of various parameters, such as platform movement speed, laminating time, etc.
• Use dual start buttons for common functions to effectively prevent misoperation.
• The flip platform can be divided into different vacuum areas, suitable for adsorption of products of different sizes, and the cylinder drives the flip platform.
• After the flip platform is in place, the cylinder pushes the latch to ensure stability during product lamination.
• When the machine is running, the grating protection range senses that the machine is suspended.
• After the automatic alignment system CCD accurately captures the product mark point, the machine automatically memorizes the correct coordinate value through the X-Y-θ alignment axis.
• Both the flip platform and the mesh box mechanism have static removal ion fans, which effectively remove the static electricity of the product during lamination.
• It can achieve good lamination effect for soft film without vacuum adsorption marks.
• The automatic CCD alignment mechanism accurately captures the mark point of the LCD/GLASS of the flip board, records the product position coordinate point, and ensures the lamination accuracy.
