Auto Alignment Polarizer Laminating Machine XCT99-A8 is suitable for soft-to-soft and soft-to-hard bonding processes of various hard flat products and soft flat products, such as LCD screens, touch functional glass, tempered glass and optical glue, polarizer, soft film bonding process, soft-to-soft bonding process, such as optical glue and optical glue, and other soft flat product bonding processes.
Introductions
- Place the LCD screen, touch function glass or tempered glass on the flip platform.
- Place the polarizer/oca/film on the roller bonding unit and press the vacuum button to suck.
- Tear off the protective film manually, press the double start button, and the platform will automatically take pictures and align.
- After the alignment is completed, the vacuum plate opens, the Z axis rises, and the bonding roller rises for bonding.
- The flip platform moves left, and the polarizer/oca/film bonding unit rises and automatically bonds with the LCD/GLASS sucked on the platform (the platform moves, and the bonding roller does not move).
- After bonding, the platform returns to the standby position.

- The flipping platform has multiple vacuum areas, suitable for products of different sizes. The cylinder-driven platform has a self-locking function.
- The marble base effectively ensures the product offset caused by the vibration of the machine due to the large working power during the operation of the machine, ensuring the accuracy of the alignment.
- The CCD working group accurately captures the mark points of the LCD/GLASS of the flipping plate, records the product position coordinate points, and ensures the accuracy of the fit.
- Automatic alignment system, after CCD accurately captures the product mark point, the machine automatically memorizes the correct coordinate value through the X-Y-θ alignment axis and moves it to the bottom of the flip platform to rise and fit.
- Locking device, after the flip platform is in place, the cylinder pushes the latch to ensure the stability of the product during lamination.
- Static removal group, both the flip platform and the pallet platform have static removal ion rods, which effectively remove static electricity from the product during film tearing and lamination.
