Applications

OCA Desktop Laminating Machine XCT31-A2 is suitable for soft-to-soft and soft-to-hard laminating of various hard and soft flat products; such as laminating of LCD panel, touch glass, tempered glass with OCA and polarizer; it can also be used for bonding of OCA with OCA and touch screen.

Introductions

• Place the glass on the lower workbench, turn on the vacuum, and firmly adsorb it;
• Put the soft film on the upper flip plate, turn on the vacuum, and firmly adsorb it;
• Press the double start button, the soft film flip plate flips into place, and the carrier moves horizontally for attachment;
• After the laminating is completed, the flip plate is reset and the carrier returns to the origin.

• The HMI is convenient for setting and displaying various parameters; such as platform in and out speed, laminating time, etc.
• Operation control use buttons for common functions, and use double start button to effectively protect against mis operation.
• The pressure display shows the pressure of the rubber roller.
• The platform for placing soft film with vacuum segmented adsorption mechanism on the flip platform is conducive to the placement of products by flipping.
• The platform micrometer adjustment mechanism can accurately adjust X-Y-θ through the micrometer.
• Parameter adjustment can precisely adjust the pressure of the rubber roller and the flipping speed.
