Auto Alignment Screen Printing Laminating Machine XCT97-A8 is suitable for soft-to-soft , soft-to-hard lamination of various hard and soft flat products; such as LCD panel, sensor glass, cover lens, OCA, polarizer lamination; it can also be used for OCA and OCA, touch screen lamination.

Introductions

• Place the product under Film on the screen cavity, press the fan button, and firmly adsorb it (manually tear off the protective film).
• Place the "Film" & "Glass" product on the flip plate, press the vacuum button, and firmly adsorb it (manually tear off the protective film).
• Press the double start button for automatic alignment. After the alignment is OK, the platform flip plate flips 180 degrees into place; the latch locking mechanism locks the flip plate.
• The mesh box unit moves to the fitting position, and the screen cavity rises to its position as a whole.
• The laminating roller rises, moves, and performs lamination. After completion, the mesh box unit is reset, and the product is manually removed from the platform.

• After the CCD automatic alignment system accurately captures the product mark point, the machine automatically memorizes the correct coordinate value adjusted through the X-Y-θ alignment axis.
• The flip platform and the mesh box mechanism have static removal devices and static removal ion fans, which effectively remove static electricity from the product during lamination.
• The mesh plate mechanism has a good lamination effect on soft films and will not leave vacuum adsorption marks.
• The automatic CCD alignment mechanism accurately captures the mark point of the LCD/GLASS of the flip plate, records the product position coordinate points, and ensures the lamination accuracy.
