Auto Alignment Polarizer Laminating Machine XCT96-A8 is suitable for soft-to-soft and soft-to-hard bonding of various hard and soft flat products; such as bonding of LCD screens, touch-functional glass, tempered glass with optical adhesive, polarizer, and soft film; it can also be used for bonding of optical adhesive with optical adhesive and touch screens.

Introductions

• Place the soft film & OCA on the left platform, turn on the vacuum, and adsorb firmly (manually tear off the protective film);
• Place the "Glass" & "Panel" on the right flip board, turn on the vacuum, and adsorb firmly (manually tear off the protective film);
• Press the double start switch button, the alignment system automatically aligns, and after the alignment is OK, the platform flip board flips 180 degrees and is in place, and the latch is locked.
• The lower platform unit moves to the right under the flip platform, and the lower platform rubber wheel rises to its position;
• The lower platform moves to the left and performs bonding. After bonding is completed, the flip platform returns to its original position, and the product is manually removed from the platform.
