Applications
FOG and OLB（Auto Alignment）Pre-press Bonding Machine LOA32-X2 is suitable for automatic alignment and pre-pressing bonding of various FPC, COF, TAB and LCD PANEL; it is also suitable for automatic pre-pressing bonding of driver IC and LCD PANEL in COG process. It is widely used in the fields of large-size LCD screen FOG assembly bonding, COG assembly bonding etc.
Introductions
- The device is turned on, and each motion axis returns to the standby state.
- Enter the HMI, click the automatic mode, and the machine enters the general standby position.
- Place the LCD on the stage, click the platform vacuum button and adsorb it firmly.
- Place the COF on the fixture, click the COF vacuum button and adsorb it firmly.
- Press the left and right start buttons, the LCD stage will automatically run to the calibration position, the CCD will take a photo to automatically calibrate the position of the LCD, and then automatically run to the specified work position or the first work position and take a photo of the LCD bonding area CCD and obtain the bonding area position, and then run to the waiting position.
- Press the left and right start button again, the feed axis moves to the feed position, the pre-pressing head moves down to the suction position, stops and turns on the vacuum to absorb COF.
- The feed axis returns to the standby position after breaking the vacuum, the pre-pressing head rises to the standby position, the pre-pressing platform and the pre-pressing head move to the photo position to automatically align the COF with the CCD camera.
- After the alignment is OK, the LCD stage moves to the previous photo position, the pre-pressing head and the back support Z axis move to the bond position to bond the COF, and then break the COF vacuum and return to the standby position.
- The LCD stage will automatically move to the next work station or the specified work station to repeat the work until the required work station is completed.
