FOG and OLB Side Bonding Machine (Borderless) XCH98-A6 is suitable for the bonding connection between the side ITO circuit and COF of high-end commercial displays such as ultra-narrow border LCD, borderless LCD, and micro-pitch mini-LED display.
Introductions
- Power on and reset, the machine returns to the origin; click the HMI to enter the automatic mode;
- Manual material loading, press the vacuum, and the adsorption mechanism presses the glass;
- The platform automatically moves to the height measurement position, completes the measurement, and the platform reaches the CCD alignment position;
- Manual COF loading and alignment, manually adjust the COF fixture X-Z-θ, press the double start button after alignment, the pressure head horizontally presses and bonds;
- Bonding is completed, the platform moves to the next bonding position; after the segment bonding is completed, return to the unloading position, and unload manually. Repeat the above actions
