FOG/OLB(Auto Alignment)Bonding Machine XCH87-A8 is suitable for various FPC, COF, TAB and LCD PANEL automatic alignment pre-pressure; it is also suitable for driving IC and LCD PANEL automatic pre-pressure in COG process.
Widely used in: large-size LCD screen FOG assembly bonding, COG assembly bonding and other fields.
Introductions
- The device is powered on [Reset] and each movement axes return to standby state;
- Enter the human-computer interface, click [Automatic mode], and click [Stage Reset];
- Put Panel&Glass on the stage, click the [Platform Vacuum] button and adsorb firmly;
- Put COF on the fixture, click the [COF Vacuum] button and adsorb firmly;
- Start the [Left and Left Start] switch with both hands, and the LCD stage will automatically run to the designated working area and take photos of the LCD bond area;
- The feed shaft runs to the feed level, the pre-pressure head (Z axis) runs down to the suction level and stops and vacuum adsorption COF;
- After the feed shaft breaks the vacuum, it returns to the standby position, and the preload head (Z axis) rises to the photo position to automatically align COF;
- After the alignment is OK, the pre-pressure head (Z axis) runs down to the pre-pressure position bond COF. After the bond is completed, the COF vacuum is broken and returned to the standby position;
- The platform will automatically move to the local pressure area to carry out local pressure bonding;
- After the bond is completed, the LCD stage will automatically run to the designated next area to work back and forth.
