FOG/OLB(Auto Alignment)Pre-press Bonding Machine LOA55-A1 is suitable for automatic alignment and pre-pressing bonding of various FPC, COF, TAB, LCD PANEL, TOUCH PANEL, and EPD PANEL; it is also suitable for automatic pre-pressing bonding of driver IC and LCD PANEL in COG process. It is widely used in large-size LCD screen FOG, OLB assembly bonding, COG assembly bonding and other fields.
Introductions
- Turn on the machine, and each axis returns to the standby position.
- Enter the HMI, click the automatic mode and the total standby position.
- Place the LCD on the stage, click the platform vacuum button and firmly adsorb it.
- Place the COF on the fixture, click the COF vacuum button and firmly adsorb it.
- Press the double start, the LCD stage will automatically run to the position where the CCD is calibrated and the LCD is automatically calibrated, then automatically run to the specified work position or the first work position and take a photo of the LCD bonding area CCD to obtain the area position, and then run to the waiting position.
- Press the start button again to start the feeding axis to the feeding position, and the pre-pressing head will move to the photo position to take a photo of the COF and automatically align.
- After the alignment is OK, the LCD stage will move to the previous photo position, and the pre-pressing head and the back support Z axis will move to the bond position to bond the COF.
- The LCD stage will automatically move to the next station or the designated station to repeat the above actions until the task is completed.
